Eurail.com has a clear Return and Exchange Policy. Most of the Passes can be refunded or exchanged if they haven't been activated. However, if the mobile Pass has been activated before the validity period has started, it’s possible to deactivate it before applying for a refund. All returns are refunded in the original payment method. Once the validity period of the Pass has started or the Pass has been used at least once, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Different rules may apply for promo Passes as these are sold with a discount or special offer. A refund request must be submitted no later than six months from the last possible activation date indicated on the mobile Pass. An 85% refund is granted, charging a 15% cancellation fee. If Plus was purchased with the Pass, a 100% refund is granted, but the costs for Plus are non-refundable.
For Shipping and Delivery, Eurail.com delivers Passes to addresses worldwide, including Europe, home, office, hotel, or hostel.
