For Shipping and Delivery, Eurail.com delivers Passes to addresses worldwide, including Europe, home, office, hotel, or hostel. All passes are sent by registered mail, so someone must be available to sign for the package when it arrives. Delivery to military APO addresses and PO Box addresses in certain countries is also possible. The Eurail paper Pass needs to be activated in a train station before it can start being used. It must be activated within 11 months of the issuing date. Once in Europe, the Pass can be activated at the ticket office of most large train stations for free. Yes, you can. If your Pass hasn't been activated, you can refund or exchange it. However, if your mobile Pass has been activated, it's possible to deactivate it before applying for a refund. Once your Pass has been activated, you cannot apply for a refund or exchange.
